Established in 2004 by Co-owners (from right to left) Jimmy Manis and Steve Everett, with a combined 70 years of experience. Tennessee licensed Sprinkler and Utility contractor, AFS is also licensed in Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.  Members of the East Tennessee Better Business Bureau, NFPA, NFSA, TFSCA and SFPE.  Served on TFSCA Board of Directors and on TFSCA Educational Committee.

Jimmy holds NICET certification in level III in Fire Protection Engineering Technologies, Water Based Systems Layout.  Steve holds NICET certifications in level IV in Fire Protection Engineering Technologies, Water Based Systems Layout and level II in Fire Protection Engineering Technologies, Inspection and Testing of Water Based Systems, along with State Certification in Testing and Evaluation of Backflow Prevention Assemblies.
